Day 70: Made it back to the gym, did day four of my programme, which is back and shoulders. It gets quite hard when there are so many days between sessions, when I am in my routine of each of the four programmes worked 3 times within each fortnight, the progress is much easier. Also took the dog for his first walk out in the big wide world, which he enjoyed thoroughly despite my anxiety and vigilance against perils of all kinds!
